It's been a busy few days. I made my debut as a street performer assistant and had lit devil sticks juggled over my head, read three books and an awesome national geographic, went to a few museums, hung out with a lot of awesome people, ate delicious food.

Bowling should be fun tomorrow.

Eric sees GOB Bluth at work sometimes. I almost pissed myself I was so excited to hear that.

I love my roommates.

It's kinda weird, but I'm not complaining that it's not freezing.

Two more weeks of school. I'm stoked. Then I get to work all the time!!!! Wooooo!!!....pppppppppppppp....syke
But I do really really like my job. It's kind of fun. I pretty much only serve employees, eat, drink coffee, and do school work.

Independent running for state congress:

Karen Hartley-Nagle
-	Major Issues
o	Ethics Reform- strongly against corruption in the form of bribes, and supports “mandatory ethics training, disclosure, openness, and accountability”.
o	National Security-
o	Universal Healthcare

I can't find any real information on this lady. Her website is all bullshit.

Happy Halloween!!! The weather was beautiful, I aced my test, AND I found a pen when mine ran out of ink.

I washed my hair twice today hoping it would get out some of the black color. It didn't. So I looked at the box just to be sure I got the right kind. In big letters it said "six weeks". I had originally thought it was six washings, but oh well, I can handle six weeks. Then I noticed at the bottom, in small letters, Permanent. Six weeks must refer to the length of time it takes for your roots to show. Oh well. It's a good thing I realized that on a day that I was in a really good mood. Otherwise, awww man, that fire breathing ability would come in handy.

Ummm before doing the rest of people running for congress here are the stats for people running for senate... there are only two. I got this stuff straight from their websites.

Jan Ting
-	Major Issues
o	Immigration reform- illegal immigration threatens national security and we need to built a wall along the southern border before addressing the symptoms
o	Energy reform- supports Bush in aiming to get America off it’s addiction to foreign oil and explore other opportunities like nuclear energy, new refineries, and on-and-off-shore drilling
o	Faith and Freedom- “religious faith is integral to the spirit of liberty that created America” and supports the flag protection amendment
o	National Security- surveillance of enemies overseas to support troops in their efforts to keep our country safe. Also, promotes study of foreign language
o	Tax Reform- supports making President Bushes tax cuts permanent

Tom Carper
-	Major Issues
o	Agriculture- increase biotechnology, agricultural research, and research on preventing avian influenza. Lift barriers on free trade.
o	Education- rigorous standards for Delaware students. Create new charter schools and classes for parents on how to help their children succeed.
o	Energy/Environment- need to focus on reducing emissions and supports the Clean Air Planning Act

Ok, besides politics. I love Halloween. BUT I don't like this new "trick-or-treat-on-a-day-thats-not-halloween" bullshit. It seems kind of silly. I wish I didn't miss the parade today... but so many kids came into work dressed up. Adorable. I hate long boards so much. They are almost as annoying as people wearing sandals or incredibly short skirts when it's freezing out.
Also, for the past few days I have really wished I could breath fire. Could you imagine how satisfying it would be if you're really stressed and you just breath fire. It would also have other benefits like defrosting car windows or cooking food at any time.
Race tomorrow night... be there.

Ok, so unfortunatly I didn't really go to the Campaign Jam, but I would have if I learned about it before it happened!
Everyone knows next Tuesday is election day, but most people don't know who is running, let alone their issues, so I did some research. I'm going to post information so people can read it and VOTE! And I am going to try my best to be absolutely un-biased. Just because it's not a presidential election doesn't mean it doesn't matter.

So, to begin on a light-hearted note I will begin with a profile of my good friend, Michael Berg.

A member of the green party, Michael Bergs is in strong opposition to the war in Iraq. His son was abducted and killed while serving in Iraq.
His other major issues include:
-Clean Air- "Switch from dirty fuels like coal and oil to clean, sustainable energy like wind and solar"
-Decrease Unemployment- "Rebuild our neglected infrastructure, starting with emergency protection in
Delaware"
-Universal Healthcare
-Preserving Social Security
-Education

And for all you Myspace lovers, you can check out Michael Bergs!!!! http://www.myspace.com/bergforcongress

Newark be crazy!

Testimonies of the drunk guy that just walked into my house:

-I myself saw the gentleman creep by the window on the back porch. it was extremely brief, but it is an experience that will stay with me for quite some time

-Ryan Poe

ok, so i saw this guy walk into kelly's back yard, stumbly as fuck and then some other guy ran past up paper mill road (rt. 72). then he got into a car and left.

-naz

I heard rumors from my "friends" that a random guy walked in my backyard. I immediatly ran out back to investigate, but there was no one there. I preceded to the front yard only to see a man walking INTO MY HOUSE through the front door. Of course everyone stopped him and he CLAIMED he was looking for his friend. I assured him his friend was not in my house, and he responded, in actual words, "that's not what I saw". After we all erupted in laughter over and over again the man left. and got in a car

-kelly

this one time me and eric went outside and we were attacked by a zombie. he spoke only in nouns and was quite drunk. we stopped him at the door and he answered "whats this then now the?". He was then picked up by a dark ambigous car that no doubt whisked him to fame and glory. now eric cuddles me.

-Robby "America=(Swastika)" Awesometon

most black people scare me. on the night of september 22, 2006, the drunk black man not only did not scare, but made me smile. just like he did when he almost knifed me.
-new castle eric

Mike came out all too late in his boxers

Christmas is so close and I haven't done any shopping and we haven't gotten a tree. Hopefully we can grab one tonight.

Next weekend we are going to New York again. I really want to see that giant tree in all the christmas movies and the people ice skating in that park. Hopefully that really happens and isn't just a movie thing.

Saturday night we wandered around various places in Newark. A few parties, East End, the Diner. It's crazy how many people you see that you know everytime you go to the diner.

I am soo sick of peace a pizza. Right now, I never want to eat pizza again.

Justin was in town yesturday for a few hours. That was an awesome surprise.

I still have finals that I just decided not to bother studying for. I just want school to be over.

Babies are amazing to watch. To see them learn little things each day. To see them somewhat untainted by society. My brother is fascinated by light and needs human contact and laughs at spoons dropping and loves to make other people laugh.
I'm making cookies with my family tonight. My mom is staying at my Grammy's for a few days. I might too. I can't wait until Thanksgiving. Chris is getting a fake turkey. mmmm

I'm so exhausted from this weekend. I feel I didn't sleep enough.
Saturday we sat around and did absolutely NOTHING through out the day. After breakfast and before the factory there were like nine hours that we all just layed around the apartment, but I still feel like it was really fun.
I love sleepovers where everyone sleeps on the floor of one room. It reminds me of highschool. I also like getting out of Newark. And being outside. And I'm trying really hard not to get excited about Christmas. It's still too early. Also, I obviously didn't write the post before.

I haven't done the live journal thing in a really long time. Anything to post-pone having to do school work. Living in Newark is awesome. I had a really really amazing weekend. Friday night we had a Mikeworked13hours/donsbirthday party. I didn't get any sleep. Over 20 people slept over. Dustin and Chelsea made up some songs and performed them. It was an amazingly fun night.
Saturday I evening I layed down to take a nap so I wouldn't be tired all night. Someone sat down on the edge of my bed just as I started drifting and confused me a lot. I had no idea who it was since it was dark and I saw Mike in the doorway and someone else with long curly hair. I racked my brain for who these people could be and I could only thing of the party the night before. Jullian was the only person I could think and then Mike turned on the light and it was fucking Alicia!!! I was so surprised (and still confused) and half asleep. It was crazy. So we had a get together to comemmorate her being in town. Another really fun night. We went to the diner and all hung out. We're going up to New York next weekend to visit her.
This morning we all woke up and made breakfast and cleaned up a bit. Everyone left except me, Dustin, Justin, Matt, and Sarah went to the thrift store. It was really really fun to me for no real reason. Dustin had this frog that when you pressed the D it said "Delicious Ducks like to Die". It was weird. And he ended up buying this creepy teddy bear that he is truly in love with. He was making it dance and sing and recorded a song about it and had just been playing with it all day.
Tuesday is Justins going away party. That is going to be fun and sad.
Mike is turing 21 this October and he is having a birthday party I believe on the 23rd. Should be fun.
